You will receive an email with your wash pass barcode shortly. Present this barcode to your preferred Performance Plus Was Club location’s attendant to redeem & finish setting up your wash pass.

Manage Your Membership Online

Once you’ve received your wash pass barcode via email, you are able to use our Wash Portal to manage your car wash membership online.

Set up your account using the phone number or email that you signed up for your wash pass with.

Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be able to manage every aspect of your car wash membership online.

This includes the ability to add/edit credit cards, add & delete vehicles, and manage your plan type.

Car Wash FAQ

Once you select your car wash package and complete your purchase, you will receive a barcode via email. Visit any wash club location and show the attendant your barcode to redeem your plan and receive your wash pass.

You can set up a family plan with multiple vehicles in your membership portal account, by visiting one of our wash club locations, or by checking out via the family plan section on this webpage. 

You are able to cancel your membership online via our membership management portal, or by visiting one of our wash club locations. You’ll be able continue using it until the following monthly billing  anniversary date. We do not refund for days remaining.

You are able to update the payment method for your membership via our online  membership management portal, or by visiting one of our wash club locations and speaking with an attendant.

Yes, you may transfer your Wash Club to another vehicle. Please visit any of our wash club locations and speak with an attendant. In order to most quickly serve you, please bring your wash pass sticker or account information with you if you wish to transfer your plan.

Yes, you are welcome to change your membership to a different wash program. The upgrade (or downgrade) will take effect after your current monthly billing cycle ends. You may do this online via our membership management portal, or by visiting one of our wash club locations and speaking with an attendant.
