Thanks for joining the Performance Plus Wash Club! You will receive an email with your primary vehicle’s wash pass barcode shortly. In order to fully set up your family plan & begin washing, follow the instructions below.
Create Your Account & Add Vehicles
Once you’ve received your wash pass barcode via email, you are able to use our Wash Portal to manage your car wash membership online.
Create an account using the phone number or email that you signed up for your wash pass with.
Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be able to manage every aspect of your car wash membership online.
This includes adding info about your vehicle & the others you’ll be including on your family plan.

Car Wash FAQ

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with a barcode attached. Visit your preferred wash club location, and show our team this barcode. They will issue you a new wash pass for your vehicle and answer any other questions you may have about your new membership!
Memberships are good at all Performance Plus Car Wash locations that offer monthly memberships.
If you’d like to add another vehicle to your plan, you are able to do so online by signing up/into our Wash Portal here.
Fast Phil will be sad! If you cancel your membership, you’ll be able continue using it until the monthly anniversary (billing) date. We do not refund for any days remaining on your current monthly wash period.
This is another aspect of your membership that can be managed through our Customer Wash Portal here. The Car Wash attendant can change the credit card used for the Wash Club. Your next monthly billing will be charged against the new card.
Yes, you can transfer your Wash Club to another vehicle, but you can only have one car per membership. Ask our Car Wash attendant for details.
Yes, you are welcome to change your membership to a different wash program. This can be changed in our online portal, or with an attendant at one of our locations.
